
Awards (Achievement Requirements)
In Toastmasters, each member learns by doing. When you join Toastmasters, you will begin a level of growth. As you become more proficient in Communication and Leadership, your growth is noted by levels of experience. These are - -
| Competent Communicator (CC) - Complete the 10 projects in the basic Communications Manual | |
| Competent Leader (CL) - Complete the 10 projects in the basic Leadership Manual | |
| Advanced Communicator, Bronze (ACB) - Earn CC and complete 10 speeches from any 2 advanced speaking manuals. | |
| Advanced Leader, Bronze (ALB) - Earned Competent Leader, Earned CC, Served at least six months as a club officer, participated in the preparation of a Club Success Plan while serving in this office, participated in a district-sponsored club officer training program and conducted any two programs from The Successful Club Series and/or The Leadership Excellence Series. | |
| Advanced Communicator, Silver (ACS) - Earn ACB and complete 10 speeches from any 2 additional advanced speaking manuals and Conduct any two programs from The Better Speaker Series and/or The Successful Club Series. | |
| Advanced Leader, Silver (ALS) - Earned ALB, To be eligible for this award, a member must have: Achieved Advanced Leader Bronze award (or "old" Competent Leader award) Served a complete term as a district officer . Completed the High Performance Leadership Program (see below) Served successfully as a club sponsor, mentor or coach. | |
| Advanced Communicator, Gold (ACG) - Earn ACS and complete 10 speeches from any 2 additional advanced speaking manuals, Conduct any two programs from The Better Speaker Series and/or The Successful Club Series, Conducted a Success/Leadership Program, Success/Communication Program or a Youth Leadership Program and Coached a new member with the first three speech projects. | |
| Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) - Earned ALS and ACG. | |
