    Smedley Award Add five new, dual, or reinstated members between
    August 1 and September 30? By doing so you will qualify to receive
    a "Smedley Award" ribbon to display on your club banner.    		 8/1/2011 9/30/2011
    Talk Up Toastmasters Add five new, dual or reinstated members to your roster
    between February 1 and March 31 to receive a special "Talk up Toastmasters!"

    Beat the Clock Clubs adding five new, dual or reinstated members during
    these two months receive a "Beat the Clock" ribbon to display
    on the club’s banner.    		 5/1/2012 6/30/2012
    Distinguished Club Program Clubs that meet the Membership Requirement and achieve
    at least five of the DCP goals earn a ribbon to display
    on your club banner:
    • five or six goals - Distinguished Club
    • seven or eight goals - Select Distinguished Club
    • nine or ten goals - President's Distinguished Club

    New Club Referral Members who provide a new club lead (by personal introduction)
    to any District 37 officer and the lead charters
    by 4/30/2012 the members will be:
    1. Entered into a drawing to win a
      2012 Spring Conference Registration Reimbursement Voucher
    2. Incentive is not open to any current District Officer, elected or appointed
    3. Vouchers do not include reimbursement of food or hotel costs
    4. Reimbursement will be made to the member
      within 30 days after the 2012 Spring Conference

    Pay It Forward Every club who pays their April 2012
    dues renewal by Wednesday, March 15, 2012 will be:
    1. Entered into a drawing to win
      4 - 2012 Spring Conference Registration Reimbursement Vouchers

    3. The club will determine which 4 members will
      use the vouchers prior to the 2012 Spring Conference
    4. Reimbursements will be made to the members
      within 30 days after the 2012 Spring Conference

    Retention Masters Top 10 clubs with highest member retention rates

    2011-2012 Toastmasters year will be able to nominate their coach
    for "District 37 Club Coach of the Year"

    1. An award at the 2012 Spring Conference
    2. 2-VIP seats for dinner, Saturday night at the 2012 Spring Conference
