MoneyTalks is Select Distinguished

MoneyTalks (chartered in April 2006) has earned the Select Distinguished Club ribbon for the 2006-2007 Toastmasters Year. It is especially impressive for such a young club to have earned such a distinction. To earn this award, the club met goals for membership growth, individual member achievements, officer training and other accomplishments. The club is 31 members strong.

Proudly displaying the club banner and newly awarded ribbons are Connie Fitzgerald (left, manager of human resources consulting for ISB) and Nancy Gustafson (right, the Bank's manager of organization effectiveness). Fitzgerald founded the MoneyTalks club and recently won third place in the District 37 International Speech Contest. Gustafson serves as an Area Governor for Toastmasters, overseeing five clubs. The two ribbons signify the group's Select Distinguished Club status and Gustafson's service as an Area Governor.
